I recommend upgrading to 1.3 RELEASE.
I also have a Q650, internal video (1 Meg) and running 1.3 RELEASE.
Kens server makes some complaint about not being able to access some
information but manages to launch anyway. From that point it runs fine (in
16bit colour I haven't tried other settings yet).
