No, it's in the operating system. Did you upgrade to 1.3? More
importantly, did you upgrade your compiler to 1.3? Most of the include
files are bundled with the comp13 set, and at.h is in there. It'll end up
in /usr/include/netatalk/.
Since I got two Netatalk questions in the same day, I re-compiled my local
version, and re-installed. It's running fine for me. Also, I just checked
on ftp.netbsd.org, and /usr/include/netatalk/ is in the 1.3 comp.tgz set.
