At least the ring overflow cold be due to the card getting initialized
under MacOS before NetBSD gets to it.  The 0 IP and netmask would most
likely be due to your /etc/ifconfig.ae0 file not being read or not being
valid.

Something else you should check though are the ae0 lines earlier in the
boot process.  They should list the slot it's in, the hardware Ethernet
address, and maybe the brand or model as well.  If not then those
memory/address warnings are an indication that the kernel doesn't recognize
the card and you'll need someone wiser than I to tell you how to fix the
kernel to handle the card properly.
