Does netbsd 1.3 have a root disk image that can be used to tar stuff from tape or CD-ROM on to brand new file systems?

I know that Linux has this, but they don't support the SCSI interfaces on the newer 68k Macintosh hardware.

I don't recall seeing anything like this for netbsd.  Does this exist for netbsd.
