Hi,
As mentioned by others, you often cannot ping a MacOS machine. Can you
try to FTP or telnet *from* your Centris to the SE/30? What I see below
looks OK. Also, as mentioned by others, verify that you can see the
lights on the hub and that they are acting as expected. Uusally, they
should be on when connected and flicker when there is network activity.
