Where is this documented? I see no references anywhere to FLL vice PLL
vice hybred operation.
Also after 6 days xntpd finally died with a message that the offset was too
large. This partially answers my concern that there was no indication in
syslog of a problem.
Signature failed Preliminary Design Review.
Feasibility of a new signature is currently being evaluated.
