NASA policy changes (due to the number of successful breakins seen) forced
me to activate tcpwrappers on macbsd last week.

Unfortunately I forgot to leave ftp (and telnet for those with accounts)
access open outside the Lab.  That should be fixed now.  If it isn't please
let me know.

Signature failed Preliminary Design Review.
Feasibility of a new signature is currently being evaluated.
