I'm very interested in this idea.  However, I have two questions:

1. getty: on or off in etc/ttys for the port in question (tty00/01)?

2. null modem: I have never seen a null modem for DIN8, so my guess is that
I'll need two DIN8-to-DB25 cables (male-to-male) and a female-to-female null
modem.  Is this correct?
