Loos like it came from worldnet.att.net, whose AUP specifically prohibits
spamming.  I'd send a copy of the message and the full header to

postmaster@worldnet.att.net   -and-
abuse@worldnet.att.net.

Having made reports to them before in this kind of situation, I've gotten
replies to the effect of 'the users account has been terminated' after
several days.  So they, and most ISPs as well, are usually pretty serious
about that kind of stuff.
