"Multi-homing" or multiple IP addresses on a single interface is an
advertised new feature of OT 1.3, bundled with MacOS 8.1.

The rest, as they say, is an exercise left to the reader.  (I have no idea.)

Signature failed Preliminary Design Review.
Feasibility of a new signature is currently being evaluated.
