"After" ruined of failing  to #vipw....... 
 So due to advice...I tried to  log in single user mode.....
When I #vipw ed, I was refused!!!  "passwd busy" or something caution said.
So I made up mind to RE-install. 
 I started with NetBSD-mac68k-installer, zinstall I did to 
install "etc.tgz"....5minutes or so passed   ,came up SCSI error..
and the installer stopped.       
   *sigh*

 I have 1000M external SCSI disk and 580M internal "default"ATA one.
So I formatted external one, partitioned 600M MacOS and 120M SWAP
and 240M Root&Usr and the rests.... and "select all" of internal one ,
drug&drop into external 600M MacOS......
  Erased internal ATA one, ..........................

    NOW ,I can't formatt internal harddisk and partition it.
 "Apple HD setup" can't!!! Even if I boot from external one.
 I want to install NetBSD-mac68k (or linux-mac68k (^^;;?  ) 
(#linux-mac68k doesn't support SCSI) into internal harddisk.

 Someone knows any solution?
