No. Take all the junk out of /etc/ppp/ip-up.
With /etc/ipnat.conf installed you do not need any of the
ipnat and ipf stuff from the IP-NAT kit in ip-up or ip-down.
Rip that suff out of there, and it should work after a reboot.
