Sorry, it turns out that I've chosen the wrong major device numbers
for the driver.

If you've already downloaded the MAKEDEV.diff and applied it, please
revert the change by "mv MAKEDEV.orig MAKEDEV".  I will make a more
correct version available later.  It will be incompatible with the
previous IDETEST kernels, but they don't work so it doesn't really
matter.  I will also make a set of IDETEST kernels with more correct
device numbers available.
