As for myself, I once have succeeded in booting NetBSD1.3.2 on my Classic
II (4MB RAM) using the kernels above. I was able to boot into NetBSD, did
usual command works for some time, could even communicate with another
NetBSD on my IIci, but it was - as Collin says - "painfully slow". Besides,
I got a bunch of disk errors under the NetBSD (while no errors if used
under MacOS). I guessed it might be because of the memory shortage, FPU
simulation (I had no hardware FPU), or something wrong with my hard disk
formatting (the HD was Apple 160MB internal disk, which originally came
with LC475).
