No. NetBSD/mac68k will not boot from a floppy, because NetBSD needs
some aspects of the system to be initialized properly by MacOS.
You can setup a floppy disk with a simplified system and the booter, but
there isn't enough room on a floppy disk to hold enough of NetBSD and the
MacOS to boot only from the floppy.
