It should, and there's nothing you have to set it up except the part
about how you prefer to use the buttons under your window manager.  But
that's setting up of window manager rather than the mouse.

There's always the possibility that they change the protocol without
notice, but I'm not aware of any non-working Thinking Mouse model.
