That of course depends on how you define the OS.  To many people, the
system utilities count as part of the OS.  ;-)

There is a web page off the main http://www.netbsd.org/ web page that
talks about Y2K compliance.  It states that 1.3.1 and later are thought
to be compliant.  Of course, this doesn't cover any third-party software
products or anything that you compile yourself....
