The Kernel Compiling How-to

describes downloading a "ksrc" file.  Where is this file?  I've been
hunting through the ftp.netbsd.org directories and haven't found a file of
this name.

In the event I'm asking the wrong question, my goal is to build a kernel
for release 1.3.2 with netatalk configured.
