My last message contained a number of links, copied and pasted from a
HOW-TO I'm writing.  ("How to add a new user").  Anyway, I sent this to
Allen Briggs a weeks or so ago (Thanks Allan for some outstanding
constructive criticisms!) who suggested the inclusion of one or several of
the automated 'adduser' type programs, such as "Addnerd", to supplement my
"step by step, do it by hand" explanations.

Anybody willing to offer a paragraph?
