xpdf is in the packages system.  Seems I compiled on my mac68k-1.3.0
machine and had some problems (not the package version, this was
pre-packaged xpdf).  Works fine on my 1.3.3 pmax.  gv with ghostscript
also works.  pretty slow on my IIci, but no worse than acrobat reader
under MacOs.  There is a print/gv package.
