57600 when talking to a modem.
Best throughput is 38400bps with the port set to LOCAL (no hardware
flow control) on each end, and avoid compression as it slows the IIci.
You can try 57600 just test the setup by ftp-ing a files from
the IIci (ex. ftp some file from the PowerMac to /dev/null)
