    First, my email server is on the fritz, so just repost and send the
reply directly to me at psabe@roanoke.infi.net. Anyway, I am attempting to
build Perl from latest.tgz off of CPAN.
So, the build goes along fine until:

Making POSIX (dynamic)

cc -c -DSTRUCT_TM_HASZONE -0 -DVERSION =\"1.02\"  -DXS_VERSION=\"1.02\"
-DPIC -fPIC -I../..  POSIX.C

POSIX.XS:146: sys/utsname.h : Device not configured
***Error code 1

Stop.

***Error code 1

Stop.

and then it drops back into csh. I have a IIcx.
