 So I arrange in /etc/dhclient.conf to

send dhcp-client-identifier 1:00:02:08:50:d4:df;

and rm /var/db/dhclient.leases and reboot the machine
and boot NetBSD/mac68k,and
#dhclient
      .
      .
New Network Number:172.16.24.0
New Broadcast Address : 172.16.31.255
boud to 172.16.26.204 -- renewal in 1800 seconds

 And reboot again and in tha MacOS's TCP/IP control panel,
the IP is  172.16.30.152.
