Answer #1: Verify the ROMs and IWM board at locations D6, D7, and D8 are
not reversed, backwards, or otherwise incorrectly installed.
Answer #2: Check/reseat (pull out-push back in) ROM SIMM.
Answer #3: Listen for "fluping". If it exists, replace Mosfets at Q2 and
Q3 in the powersupply.
Answer #4: Check programmer switch for defaults.
