Two reasons: because it uses a non-standard API (i.e. an API not
available in NetBSD/mac68k as is distributed), and because noone has
yet to volunteer to do it.

Anyway, the current plan is to incorporate some features (not all, due
to the reason 1) from my OSFA server into the official server.  I will
be doing the work.
