No to the latter. We want /usr/share/doc to be the same across all
platforms. For now, it looks like we'll get all architectures, so all m68k
ports can use the same file. 

As we're up to about 20 ports, having them share as much of the install
set(s) as possible is a good thing. :-)

I'd say throw it up on the web server and on ftp. A package might be a
nice thing too. :-)
