Hmmm...  Have you tried it with just ite enabled?

Just that no one has spent the time to get this to work yet.  I'd like
to see it done, personally, as I plan to run a headless machine sometime
soon...  (As soon as I get a working terminal server--I have two
in need of software: a DECserver 300 and a 3com CS/2000...  *sigh*).
