Well, you could always use a serial console.. unless the SCSI stuff is
unsupported too.

It really depends on what you want to do. If you're going to be creating
these experimental kernels, by all means go for it, and buy it. Otherwise
there are Macs out there that are much more supported, and offer better
performance. For instance a Quadra 610 (assuming it has a full 040) would
offer better NetBSD support (altho the hack value is certianly much less).
