I too had this problem when I tried to run kaffe, when I asked the list
someone basically said "Yeah it doesn't work, but kaffe on mac68k is too
slow to be worthwhile anyway..."  try the archives for about 1 1/2 - 2
weeks ago...  Once I get more hard drive space near my SE/30 I'm going to
try to compile the japhar source and see if I can get the japhar vm
working.  I'd also be willing to help try to get kaffe up and running too.
