Yeah, they are well built nice pieces of hardware.  We still use them
internally for various purposes.  It's a pity the latest OS (ptx 4.5)
doesn't support the 2000's any more...

Well, I bet it was much better than a Sparc 1000 with 30 or so CS 416
students debugging their first shells most of which were essentially
nothing but fork bombs.  Of course, I did my assignments on my SE/30
running NetBSD/mac68k later ported it to Solaris 2... ;^)
