Here you are, with your _nice_ ASCIIfication connector to describe.  :-)

pin  1 - 5  GND
pin  6      -5V
pin  7     -12V
pin  8      GND
pin  9     Video
pin 10    Horizontal
pin 11    Vertical
pin 12      +5V
pin 13      +5V
pin 14     +12V

And you can use TTL monitor for PC with your SE/30 as external monitor
if you have or you'd be able to get it, by just connecting Video, H.,
and V. signals through couple of Hex Invertors(HC04) to monitor's
counterparts.  I think I have circuit fig. somewhere here, so will send
it to you if you need.
