maybe, maybe not.......

it's pretty easy to find out, tho.  you can grab a copy of the kernel and
a gzipped kernel file (from the binary/kernels subdirectory) and try it.
if it gets to the point where it tries to mount the root partition, it
should be working just fine.

my guess would be that it might not work completely, tho.  you might
consider trying a -current kernel, however.  some work has been done
recently on powerbook support, so you might have better luck there.
