I just bought a Quadra 650 and installed NetBSD on it... I used a firewall
setup I found on http://users.erols.com/ewinkler/ .

I put a Farallon Nubus EtherWave card (with 2 RJ-45 jacks) in it, and set
ifconfig.ae0 to have an IP address of 192.168.1.1 and ifconfig.ae1 to some
other IP address. However, the second RJ-45 jack is not recognized as ae1
or anything else. The entire card is ae0.

Unfortunately, it doesn't  seem to work at all. When I put an ethernet
cable in ether jack, and try to ping my Mac or ssh/telnet/ftp/http in from
the Mac, it doesn't work.

On the other hand, changing ifconfig.ae0 to ifconfig.sn0 and using the AAUI
port does work... I can access the Quadra.

Any ideas?
