I'm trying to telnet/ftp my Quadra from my IMac in a LAN Network.

The Connection is very slow at the beginning.
The Quadra answer to the SIN/HAK query (BetterTelnet opens a window)
and wait aproximatively 1 or 2 min before starting login.
after the login, all runs perfectly.
whats the problem?
