I should have also noted in my last message that I get the collision errors
when pinging my Linux box (192.168.1.1) from my BSD box (192.168.1.2), but not
when I ping 192.168.1.2 from the BSD box.. I also get these errors
registering on the BSD box when pinging my BSD machine from the Linux box.
