I m sorry to pose this question to this list, since this is an i386
question. How do I mount a floppy? My man pages are broken or I would
have read the  man page. I tried
mount /dev/fd /mnt

and got

mount_ffs: /dev/fd on /mnt: Block device required

Sorry for the inane question but I have never used floppies on a unix
system:^)
