Ok, please let us know how your scanner is shown in your
dmesg output?  It saved in /var/run/dmesg.boot.

It looks fine.

NetBSD has a support of some SCSI scanners, but it would
conflict with other models.  If it is the case, you may want 
to build your own kernel without sc (scanner) driver.
