port-mac68k: 'install' up to date?

Hi, I'd finished compiling a binary and everything went ok, but when I 
went to install it, I got this message:

[3:35pm] [/home/km/incoming/ntop-1.1]> sudo make install
make: `install' is up to date.
[3:35pm] [/home/km/incoming/ntop-1.1]>

Nothing is installed.  What does this mean?
