My wife is making me clean out the garage. Out there I have a bunch
of old Macs. I realize that I'll never use all these old machines,
so I'm giving away most of my m68k computer collection. I have two
Mac IIcx computers, one Mac IIfx computer, and two Mac Quadra 950
computers to offer for free.
They were working when I put them in the garage, but I can't test
them now to make sure they are still working. They all have some
RAM, maybe as little as 4 MB, I'm not sure. Some have hard drives,
some don't.
I live in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. I'd prefer to just give these
to somebody who's willing to come get them, but I'm willing to ship
them to anybody who's willing to pay for shipping and packaging.
That could be expensive for the Q950s, since they are huge and heavy.
Take one or the whole bunch.
The reason I mention it here is this is the only group I can think of
that would actually use old m68k based Macs.
Any takers?
