Not really. Short of burning your own ROMs for your ethernet card, which
would involve a bit of m68k assembly, m68k Macs don't netboot.

You could boot off of a small hard drive or CD, have MacOS load the BSD
booter, and have the booter load a kernel that mounts everything via NFS.

You could even boot off of a floppy, which could mount an AppleTalk share,
then boot into NetBSD...
