Hi,
I start up atalk and see that the client doesn't find
a file server nor a printer.
When I do ps -aux all deamons are up.
this is what nbplkup gives:
kermit:AFPServer
65280.181:130
Macbsd Unix Printer:LaserWriter
65280.181:128
kermit:netatalk 65280.181:4
kermit:Workstation 65280.181:4
and netstat -r gives me the following (too long?) table:
Routing tables
Internet:
Destination Gateway Flags Refs Use Mtu Interface
localhost localhost UH 1 24 - lo0
AppleTalk:

on the client side I have a colour classic that use Appleshare and
Laserwriter 8. Both the machines have been using atalk under macos...
Maybe some ifconfig or route is guilty... The netbsd machine has been
set up for pppd , but this hasn't been running.
