Somewhere under ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/arch/mac68k/contrib/ there
are two German Xmodmap files for the Apple Extended Keyboard and Extended
Keyboard II. Essentially, you work from those, then get from xev(1) the key
codes for the keys that are different for the Duch layout.

Don't forget to submit the resulting Xmodmap file.  ;)
