You need two files:
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/1.5/mac68k/All/gettext-0.10.35nb2.
tgz

I think you can avoid downloading them by hand by running the
following as root:
pkg_add
ftp://ftp.netbsd.org/pub/NetBSD/packages/1.5/mac68k/All/gettext-0.10.35nb2.
tgz

Heh. That's OK. I looked at the bash should declare gettext as a
dependency, but apparently it doesn't. I looked at the package, but
since I don't know the syntax I can't say whether or not the package
has a bug. I'm sure someone else on this mailing list can tell,
though...
