That one is really old, and was superseded by 'Designing Cards and Drivers
for the Macintosh Family', 3rd Ed., which has said p.159 (Table 8-2
Possible ByteLanes values).
Unfortunately, Apple never made it available as pdf file. On the other
hand, pdfs suck on-screen...
