Hi all,

the NetBSD SMM  INSTALL told me to send a mail to you, port-mac68k@netbsd.org.

Here's my problem: The startup shows (almost?) everything ok, but freezes at

fpu0 at mainbus0 (mc68882)


I don't know whether the problem is related to this FPU. What should the
next line of the startup look like?

The FPU is part of the mainboard (an old working horse, Mac IIci, which
shall be used for a MySQL test installation). There's a second plugin,
labelled DayStar Digital: POWERCACHE. I removed this card (which holds
chips MC68030RC50B and MC68882RC50A), but no difference.

I tried to boot from the generic kernel, from NETBSD_INSTALL.GZ or from
NETBSD_INSTALLSBC.GZ with the identical problem.

I tried to boot in debug mode, but I don't see any output from my keyboard.

Do you have any idea what might go wrong?
