wscons will honor the monoattr kernel option.  Unfortunatly, after
re-reading the wscons faq and some source, it seems that these
settings only affect KERNEL messages.

I have this in my kernel right now, may want to make it the default
to match i386, where console kernel messages stand out by virtue of
being a different color.

options WS_KERNEL_MONOATTR="(WSATTR_REVERSE | WSATTR_REVERSE)"

Net result, this is standard wscons, so if we can conf wscons to do
white on black, it should honor it.
