Could I recommend not using 1.5?

1.6.x, with 1.6.2 being the current version should install easily.
No I don't think there is a bootable disk.  What you should use is
the sysinst method.  This uses a NetBSD kernel that does the install
and this seems to work loads better than the old MacOS installer.

The simpliest might be to get the 2.0 booter and the INSTALL kernel
on your MacOS disk and then connect up to a high speed line to
do the install.  You can then isntall directly over the network.
