You just install NetBSD-3.0/amiga and then you can use these packages.
Similarly, someone with a Mac capable of running NetBSD-3.0/mac68k can
install NetBSD-3.0/mac68k, and these packages will run. (and
likewise for NetBSD-3.0/next68k, NetBSD-3.0/hp300, etc.)
