So how are you going to set it up? Are you going to use a modem to
dial in to your ISP? Or are you going to use another *nix box as a
gateway to your broadband connection?
Personally, I would explore the latter. But then, if your only other
machine is an iMac, you probably don't have a serial port available to
establish a null modem connection.
If only you had a PC or another old world Mac with a serial port...
