Released 3.1 binaries won't be replaced, but it has been pulled
up to netbsd-3 and netbsd-4 branches so future daily builds
(in ftp://ftp.NetBSD.org/pub/NetBSD-daily/netbsd-3/) and
forthcomming 3.2 (and 4.0) will have the fix.
